Gluten Free Slice

So, I am no foodie but I do like to make sure that my family get the best nutrition most of the time.

Here is what I whipped up in 10 min and baked for about 45 min.

1 Zucchini sliced,

1 carrot grated

1/2 onion grated

1 cup tasty cheese

1 1/2 Gluten free self raising flour

1 table spoon Mint

1 cup shredded baby spinach

1/4 olive oil

6 eggs

I got all the ingredients ready, added the veggies, cheese, mint and flour then mixed, Added to the mix oil, eggs.

Oiled and then floured the baking dish. Added the mix and baked. Super simple. I hope you enjoy.
