Tuna and Veggies Patties

I love to show Sotiria how the food gets to our plate. I think its super important for a future of healthy eating.. Tonight I decided to put together some healthy Tuna and veggie patties. YUM!

It was so much fun and she loved to see, hear, touch and participate.

Today I choose: Sweet Potato

Zucchini Red Capsicum Peas Corn Leeks Lentils 2 x 185 gms Tuna Cans 2 Eggs and a pinch of my fave herbs and spices. Prepare: Greated and sliced Veggies. Squeezed the water out. Added the rest of the ingredients. To cook: I started to pan fry and well they started to fall apart so I put the rest in the over. Great way to get such goodness into our families tummy and we created it together.

After a burn and cleaning up from preparing we sat down to eat.. I though they tasted amazing, but Sotiria .... She LOVED making them.. Eating them, maybe NOT SO MUCH hahaha! She had a little but totally smashed the left of Macaroni Pasta I made her for lunch... AHHHHHH

I tried, right? Bath and a 2 hour fight to get her to bed.. Mummy Life and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Now time to work on my business and share my love for Creating Happier Healthier Lives. Mumtrepreneur on a mission :) They looked amazing. What do you think?
