Gluten Free Quiche

Gluten Free Quiche is quick and easy and you can make it with left over veggies or cheese and ham, so many different combo's you can put together. There is no right or wrong.

Ingredients that I have as a standard are

  • 1 1/2 cups (180g) grated tasty cheese ( sometimes I leave this out)

  • 1/3 cup (50g) gluten free self-raising flour

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups (375ml) milk ( sometimes I use water in place of milk, but you use less water than milk)

  • Splash of garlic infused oil

  • Plus your veggies. You can

  • Pepper and turmeric for flavour

You can add, chopped onion, garlic and salt for flavouring but I leave these out.

Method I follow Preheat oven to about 200°C.

Grease pie dish.

Combine Veggies and ham, flour, cheese oil in a bowl. Scatter over base of dish.

Whisk eggs and milk together in a large jug and pour over ham mixture.

Cook for about 40 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cool slightly. Serve warm or cold.

Delish and the kids love it!
