It’s time to be kind to ourselves when it comes to food.
I have been on a journey about food for a loooooooong time.
What types of food are 'good'.
What types of food are 'bad'.
Honestly, it's hard to keep up with the latest health craze, superfoods and dietary do's and don'ts these days - it can all be a tad overwhelming!
It’s only been recently that I have been looking at food a little differently.
Instead of focusing on the do's and don'ts, can's and cant's kind of restrictive diets I might've previously tried out, I'm eating a lot more food and following one very simple rule.
Make sure the food I put in my mouth is deliciously tasty and nourishing to my body.
Simples! With that in mind, today, I want to make your mouth water the moment you start reading about these delicious guilt free brownies that I whip up for my family on a regular basis. I know you will be checking your pantry for the ingredients, or running to the shop ASAP once you do!
When I say 'guilt-free' I seriously mean it.
If you don’t like to add sugar - this is for you! If you don’t like artificial colouring or flavouring, Oh! This recipe is speaking your language.
And my friends, if you consider yourself at opposite ends of that talent pool to that go-getter-eat-your-heart-out chef Jamie Oliver when it comes to cooking, I promise - you are going to love this!
There are only 9 ingredients and 5 steps. Boom!!
Yep that easy.
The best bit?
While most of our mouths start to water at those two lovely sweet words 'Chocolate' and 'Peppermint'. Most of us instantly wave away the idea of snacking on a choc-peppermint brownie, because we just know it can’t be good for us. But either way your mouth starts to water. Well, this particular choc peppermint brownie recipe is actually PACKED with goodness for you and the whole family.
Just wait till this is baking in your oven.. Mouth....watering!!
