Overcoming Anger and Sadness. In this session, we'll explore techniques from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Timeline Therapy to help you manage and release these challenging emotions.
SESSION 3-4
We'll delve into powerful strategies and navigate through the layers of guilt and hurt, releasing their grip on your well-being and paving the way for healing and forgiveness.
SESSION 5-6
We'll identify and eliminate the barriers that have been holding you back. Together, we'll challenge and reframe those limiting beliefs, freeing you to embrace your full potential and create the life you desire.
